I'm not a big fan of Bush, but if the Bush administration was doing this kind of stuff the main stream media would be going ballistic. Get the vote out in November.

What if everybody quit's their job then who pays for everything? I am thinking about becoming an artist what about anyone else?
Starve the beast.
1. Go to work and do nothing and see how long it takes to get noticed.
2. Once it gets noticed complain about the amount of work you have to do and make a stink about how busy you've been.
3. Get laid off (the time it takes for this step to happen will vary from employer to employer so results are not guaranteed).
4. Collect unemployment and get free health care.
Be a taker and not a giver.
When asked why you are not actively seeking employment just direct the individual asking the question to the video link and say you have been taking guitar lessons...
