Default Legislation to Shutdown Internet in an "Emergency"

Those poor dems and the prince of fools in the white house. They are pursuing a bill that would give the piece of garbage the ability to shutdown the internet in an "emergency"---where is Josef Goebbels when they need him? Germany in the 30s is closer than you think.

Shut down the internet so you can not communicate. Shut down the Interstate so you can not relocate.

Is it time to sell the computers and buy more ammo yet? If the Government moves as slowly on this as they do on everything else IE: Boarder crossings, Oil spill, Jobs, I could go on, but the point is that I don't see it happening. Food for thought: Can you imagine the march on Washington if they tried this. We are a small minority compared to the computer geeks, and everyone I see with a Blackberry or Iphone. And if it does happen God help the one who pulled the plug!

And who defines what an emergency is?

I'll tell ya, this one scares me as much as an all out ban on firearms.

Think about how much our efforts to organize a defense of our rights would be hindered.
