AZ has started the appeal process today.

IMO the law is still accomplishing what it is intended to - bring national attention to the problem.

Ah, Yup... This is another chance for members of the federal government to show how indignant they can be with regards to the laws in place and the will of the people, forcing us to remove the lot of them from the positions they hold in the upcoming elections. Any elected official that opposes the decision made by Arizona should be marked for deletion come NO_vember... Well, most of them have the mark already...
