    Default TSA Agent: OPT OUT!

YouTube - Meg McLain Singled out by the TSA, Cuffed to a Chair, Her Ticket Ripped up

TSA agents have power to rip up customer's ticket for opting out of the full-body x-ray?

This is NOT a unique story.. I have heard at least a half dozen stories just like this one (usually by pretty girls, but not always)..

There is one where a male TSA agent was doing the "pat down" on a woman, then went to do it to a 8 year old daughter.. The woman protested and a woman came over and did the pat down, then did the pat down to a 8 month old..

There has never been ONE thing found in the fully body scanners to justify their use. The TSA was just waiting for the event of last Decemebers "Diaper Bomber" to implement these scanners.
Do you want to know what works.. Look at Israel, they use the puffer machines that the TSA is throwing out to install these full body scanner machines.
The picture of what the image will look like at the front of the line at the airport is an OUT AND OUT LIE.. You can see EVERYTHING with the scanners.. There is also a method to export the image, so you know some are going to make it to the internet and one already has...
These machines use x-rays, and as you know, your doctor tries to limit x-rays as they are linked to future cancers...
They have also created Vans that use this technology that they use at large sporting events, scanning people on sidewalks and can even penetrate walls and view people inside of homes..
Several of these vans have been sold to NON-government people.. Hummm, I wonder what they will use these for..

There are REAL constitutional concerns with this technology in relation to search and seizer. To read / listen to more.. Click this link

It's America. False food. False silverware. False sense of security.

Let's not forget that the "no-fly" list contains a Cub Scout, who everytime the kid flies on a plane, he gets strip searched.

B.s. - this is a pile of crap! They do not twist breasts and they do not single out "hot babes." if you people read something that actually describes what the body scanner showed you'd know that there is nothing titillating about the image. Also you folks would be the first one's screaming when a plane gets vaporized by a bomber. I'd like to see some confirmation of the described episode from another source before i believe this young woman's story. Here's the answer - if you don't want to deal with these rules at the airport take a damn bus. I think this whole report is fiction quite frankly.

    Default Law Suit?

By the sounds of the experience that the young lady went through with TSA it appears on the face of it that a law suit might be a remedy (stress she was forced to endure and subsequent inconvenience). Unfortunately TSA is a federal institution and as such will not accept any such action. The relevancy of the TSA agent tearing up her boarding pass (not really a ticket, she probably had an electronic ticket) is in question. The boarding pass is not really owned by the person carrying it, it is owned by the Airline. It is quite possible there is something in the landing agreement between the airline and the airport authority (to include the relevant federal agencies, FAA and TSA) that federal agents can do anything with a boarding pass. However that should also be explored by an attorney and could also be part of a law suit. Seems that is the only type of thing that the government understands these days.

Key word: "stories." What a load of hysterical nonsense. Since when did a terrorist bomber ever refrain from killing innocents? Like they might not try to hide something on a child or baby?

How about some links or citation to this hysterical rant, ending in a Constitutional challenge, hootmnon?
