Well folks its in the works ... Reid-Pelosi Lame Duck Amnesty for Illegal Aliens...

Pro-DREAM Act amnesty politicians, such as the anti-American worker Sen. Reid, claim the DREAM Act will only amnesty those who came to the United States illegally because of their parents' actions; they are lying.

Furthermore, the DREAM Act counts any illegal alien under the age of 35 as a "child." It would be simple for almost any illegal alien under this age to qualify for the amnesty as there are hardly any verification procedures for those who apply for a DREAM amnesty.

It is truly sad that so few in Congress have decided to put American workers ahead of businesses who want to hire even more foreign workers. You would think that Democrats, over Republicans, would realize that the 22 million Americans who cannot find a job need a little extra help during these trying economic times. Unfortunately, most of the democrats just don't seem to "get it."

I just read that article and almost flipped out!! My wife asked me what was wrong. 95% of the 2900 people who had answered the poll when I took it, indicated NO. So where were all these patriots on the 2nd of NOV?
The majority of voters are to blame for this BS...

Should the people of California be able to determine how their resources for education will be spent, or should the federal government dictate how those resources will be spent?

In 2002 the people of the state of California decided that an illegal immigrant that could prove compliance with very stringent standards would be eligible for in-state tuition at California State Schools. An act of congress prohibited illegal immigrants from benefiting from such state programs.

Should the State of California be entitled to determined how its taxpayers' dollars will be spent or should the federal government be entitled to override the will of the people of the State of California even though that will does not violate any constitutional rights of any other citizen?

Where are the state rights supporters on this issue?
