I propose a ban on all socialism supporting, Constitution ignoring, Bill of Rights re-interpreting, liberal idealists...

Just ban anything and everything that could impair the "progress" of the United States... I mean literally no one really has to be responsible any longer, just let others take care of the tedious process of decision making for you... As far as "Rights" are concerned; again, those will be decided for you... Relief from the burden of being responsible... Ahhhh...

FWIW, the Four Loco product is the equivalent of having five beers and one cup of coffee, albeit with a LARGE quantity of sugar. How many people on this forum sit down to watch a couple of football games whilst drinking a few beers and downing a few ring-dings and cheesey-poofs? Throw in a cup of coffee and some how that whole combination becomes dangerous?!?

I read a newspaper article that said the colors on the can make it obvious that this product is being marketed to underage drinkers. I am not sure how that conclusion can be drawn. I have never seen a TV comertial for Four Loko, I have seen comertials for Bud Ice. Bud Ice uses the same colors on their cans as the Four Loko fruit punch flavor, red, white, blue and black. No one is running around saying that Bud Ice is marketted to underage drinkers. Hockey fans, yes and that's because all the Bud Ice comertials run durring Hockey games.
