Seems like Schumer got the FDA on board to ban it....

My favorite part, "The announcement came as the FDA is expected to find as early as Wednesday that caffeine is an unsafe food additive to alcoholic drinks. That finding essentially would ban Four Loko and other drinks like it."

The decision by Phusion Projects, while independent from any FDA activity, does indicate that the writing may be on the wall. I tried the Lemonaid version of Four Loko the other day. It tasted TERRIBLE!!! I can't see how this product is designed "to appeal to underage drinkers". I am certainly NOT underaged, but this product is about as appealing as shoe polish, IMHO.

How about Coffee?

IIRC, Excederine has more caffine than a typical cup of coffee. Yeah, basically asprin with caffine added to make it work better. All this nonsense of Schumer trying to ban things is giving me a headache. Maybe I should stockpile some Excederine just in case Chuckie decides to ban that too. I might even wash it down with a Four Loko, even though they taste realy bad.
