    I heard yesterday that the Virginia Senate had voted on two changes in the state CCw laws. The first was to allow carry in places that serve alcohol for on premise consumption and the second was whether to allow deadly force in ones own home. As I understand it the first passed while the second didn't.... Has anyone else heard or read anything about this ??
