I truly apologize to even post the words of the most ruthless mass-murderer in human history to this group of mostly responsible and law abiding patrons, but if we examine the ambiguous "Changes ahead for America" Mr. Obama promises to bring to the White House/America if elected. Please examine his past, his associations, his ties, his family's recent actions in Africa, the reasons he spends SO much time there not as a tourist up until he joined the race for president of the USA in 2006, and see thru the warm smiles and lies which are hidden in plain sight and so obvious they become invisible to the voting sheeple, but obvious to those abroad who would rip this nation to shreds given the chance. Follow the evolution of this smiling silver-tongued master of propaganda ply his skills of deception at every campaign stop, as a charismatic ex-corporal once did to a nation looking for enlightened leadership. Vote him into office and watch the Constitution of these United States morph into the will of Allah, as professed by Mr. Obama once he consolidates power, eliminates all opposition and turns America into the New World Caliphate he tried to transform Kenya into by blood and bullets and burning African Christians alive trapped inside a church, through the actions and direct sponsoship of Raila Odinga, his 1st cousin's attempts to force radical Islamic rule over vast portions of Africa. Millions of voters are already beyond any convincing so forget them, to finally get rid of another Bush on the White House 'lawn' is enough to vote for a younger clone of the fiery Ross (the boss) Perot! The special-interest pacifist aura of the jilted ex-wife of a weak ex-president Bill Clinton who cut the active military down to bare bones during his tenure figuring the world now had peace once the wall came down was short-term thinking of almost incompetent foresight, even when the CIA was screaming about imminent danger from radical Islamic factions, some like ObL they had trained to fight the Soviets in the Stan:
The Marine Barracks that was bombed in Beirut in 1983, 241 American service members killed. The 1996 suicide attack on U.S. Marines at Khobar Towers. The 1st attack on the WTC (1993), bombing our embassies Kenya and Tanzania in 1999, the attack on the USS Cole in 2000, and the debacle of Somalia with dead naked Deltas and Rangers being hauled thru the streets of Mogadishu to cheering crowds played out over & over again on CNN and worldwide as STILL not proof enough that the next attack was going to be a big one, and probably on U.S. soil. But super protected by a lawless tribal die-hard sanctuary of al-Qa'eda and Taliban hardened fighters (foot sloggers to wanna-b Martyrs to top lieutenants and spiritual/political inner circle advisors) technically still on allied Pakistani soil, but in reality an almost self autonomous fortress of rugged terrain known very well to them consisting of rings within rings of millions of wanna-be martyrs who the Pakistani Army can not even budge without bloody firefights gaining no real foothold. Or puppet and maybe soon to be out of office point-man, President Pervez Musharraf, won't/can't allow conventional U.S. forces to go in and get the leader of al-Q who is now only a symbol and would see anything heading his way a week out, giving him and his top aids plenty of time to retreat back into ancient Afghan redoubts then go on the internet, show piles of dead 'faithful' and rally even more to their cause. But when your quarry goes to ground, you deny them that ground to go to, or the chance to even reach it in the very short space of time it takes a few MIRV-ed neutron-tipped 1MT a piece air-burst ICBM's to turn that part of the world into a buildings standing but nothing living in them wasteland. Every Muslim, the Russians, Chinese, the Euros all condemn us at doing a better job of killing more humans in 5 seconds than Hitler ever eliminated in a lifetime and what do we tell them, we are settling a 8\7 year old debt that we could have done with a single 1 MT a-Bomb on 10/11/01 with ObL sitting in downtown Kabul and had (but missed) the moral high-ground to pull it off, but now would be viewed as a nuclear power gone ballistic at the hands of a long-stay ex-inmate of the Hanoi Hilton, so now we see the complexity of where we are at with our foreign policies, but may just put the coup-de-grace into power of our own infrastructure by voting Obama into office whose 1st cousin gets his jollies off roasting Kenyan Christians alive inside a church! McCain may use the type of terror which is something that scares those who use terror like you use a credit card to conduct business but strips us any moral credibility 6 years into Iraq earned us, c/o GWB's self-admitted: 'flawed information'! That's when Colin P. bailed-out! I think the idea of a president John McCain scares the radical Muslims as much as it scared the current president of Iran (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad) when he was a much younger lowly student face in the angry crowd of those holding U.S. hostages for 444 days, ending the credibility of Jimmy Carter to do much but chuck an ill-prepared Desert One into the history books of hastily planned special ops missions gone badly wrong ignominy. It was no coincidence that the very day Reagan was sworn into office those hostages were released, the (non public) plan was to occupy by force or flatten Tehran and my unit in Germany was on orders for follow-on support had that op gone right, or if by one week into Reagan's presidency with no hostages let free we needed a U.S. unit to occupy what was left of Tehran, we were to be part of the force who would have moved on that order. Or why else were we painting all our black & white equipment destined for normal standard winter maneuvers in Bavarian training areas, suddenly into desert cammo that stood out like sore thumbs in our snowy white motor pools, getting closed-door briefings on desert warfare tactics vs what 'Ivan' was up to across the line in E. Germany, and dry-running learning basic Persian everything instead of our standard Soviet/Warsaw-Pact normal winter train-up drills. Even as a know-nothing Spec-4/E-4 I figured out we would be heading to Ramstein AFB to marry-up with heavy-lift MAC aircraft (Galaxy C-5A and C-130's for troops) and disembark in Babylon somewhere after in-air refueling if Desert-1 had gone down right/or Reagan carpet bombed Tehran flat. At that point the hostages were already dispersed all over the city and considered collateral and U.S. credibility was at stake with major rumblings @ home as to why we hadn't done much but talk to free those who got caught shredding some very incriminating files. Ready to establish a bridgehead into Iran for follow-on units who would have fought off the Iranian Soviet equipped forces who at that time had numbers but piss-poor leadership or not so willing to take orders from Imam's instead of their senior officers who we gambled would have reverted back to an almost bloodless reconciliation with NATO forces who were technically allies of sorts under the Shah Mohammed Raza Pahlevi, who was our puppet tyrannical ally in charge of the Iranian military prior to their revolution and Ayatollah Khomeini's returned from exile in France. I felt it important not to 'show off' my very minor familiarity of those times I lived thru wearing a lower-enlisted U.S. Army O.D. green uniform, but to help you understand what led up to our current predicament with Mr. Obama only 9-10 months out from ballots in your mail boxes. 9/11 is (mistakenly) considered the start of terror attacks against the U.S., but over-seas that struggle had been going on for decades prior to the towers falling and the combined/total loss of human life over those years FAR exceeded the tragic death-toll of 9/11 which did one thing, woke us up that terror had come to U.S. soil in a manner that mandated a military response, and we woke up. Back to your question, what can we do to alert 'Joe-Public' legally that Barak Hussein Obama is a very bad move for the U.S. to even be contemplating, well dig-up this fellas dirty laundry and you don't have to dig far, stick it on every public blog website you can, tell your friends, family, work-mates, tell your kids and grand-parents, write or e-mail John McCain, call your local media outlets, attend anti-Obama rallies and behave yourself, do what I am doing and post to any credible online group you belong to, snail-mail or e-mail every organization you belong to, stay away from pissing contests with mega-Trolls on USENET, waste of time. I have already sent much more than I have posted here to the American Legion magazine (read by millions of voting Vets monthly), the same with the Disabled American Veterans magazine, and their monthly magazine, the NRA American Rifleman, call, write or e-mail your elected representatives, or just stick a sign on your property that says "Vote for anyone but Obama this year!" We are the small informed few, most Americans are more concerned on short-time goals, like having enough cash to pay their bills, gas-up and work pay-check to pay-check, so they are very easy prey for a skilled political orator who promises a better America for every citizen out there after 8 years of GWB, but ducks the 'how that will happen' sabot round questions with the skill of Rommel leading a Panza sweep to the beaches of Dunkirk, or the Frogs in the jungles of Dien Bien Phu!
On a closing note to this HUGE post I do speculate that somewhere within the inner workings of our government exists a 'damage control' entity, maybe last used on JFK, and should this group determine that the current leadership of this nation is now counterproductive to U.S. survival as a nation, then something could happen to the CiC whomever it may be, ala Princess Dianne, that will be swift, surgical, leave no smoking gun, but effectively decapitate that CiC and move to install martial law until they deem that DC is now back on course.
