Winning the White House — as critical as it is — won't be enough to save the country we love without a strong, conservative majority in the United States Senate and House.

Winning the Senate is the key to restoring America's greatness and defeating the UN Treaty, who knows perhaps we can get out of the UN completely.

When our system of Government was created, the People were to be represented in the House. The Senator’s were to be the statesmen (professionals) and keep the people in line with the Constitution.

Harry Reid and Progressive Leader Chuck Schumer currently control the Senate but the rules of the Senate make it extremely powerful. If conservatives control the Senate, we not only can pass the reforms needed to undo Obama's mess, but we can also stop even more bad policies from being adopted.

The simple fact of the matter is this: we the people are being stifled by the Senate..

Does anyone think Harry Reid will ever send a bill to the President's desk to repeal ObamaCare?

There are 23 Democrat Senate seats up this cycle, and Republicans stand a strong chance of taking the Senate back.

As we head into the most important election year in our lifetimes, keep your focus on winning a conservative majority in the U.S. Senate.

These races and the candidates running in them aren't getting the same media attention as the presidential candidate, but they're no less important.

There was a revolution in 2010 when the Pelosi Democrats were fired. We came close to cleaning out the Senate. All that can be lost in 2012, or won.

I gotta tell you, as the token left-leaner on this forum, I have staunchly conservative friends, none of whom carry a concealed weapon, who have children but no gun safes, and who do not have a quickly accessible weapon or a strategy for home protection.

It's speculation on my part, but if all the Senate seats were up for vote in 2010, there would probably be a Republican majority there too. We will see how well the American short-term memory fares in 2012!

The "Blue Dog" types are nice sometimes, but they end up giving in to party pressure when that party needs votes to pass their legislation. There are a few, like Lieberman, who have beat the system to a certain extent, but most do not fare so well.

The Democratic Party has been hi-jacked and the average democrat does not want to believe that.
Look at what is happening today. Senate is trying to make the House look bad and making their party look good as they have done over and over.

No elected official may enter into a treaty that violates the bill of rights. Neither Hillbillary or O-blame-ya has the power to enter into the UN treaty.

Not all Democrats are anti-gun .I have a number of Democrat friends who carry 24/7. They will not bend to gun control. They are very unhappy with the current administration.

If they were not and are not the majority, we wouldn't have abortion legal (55 million dead babies & counting) homosexuality promoted in our society, our schools and in marriage, or our right to bare arms infringed upon over 25,000 times, just for starters.
