Sometimes in my moment of weakness and by assessing the past on how forgetful American voters are, I have my serious doubts about whether we will reach November voting day without anything planted out there by the admin to come to fruition so the so-called authorities can declare martial law...Slowly this country get down to the ground to make excuses for so-called people like OWS Flea Party claiming what they do is their first amendment rights. Actually, no, it's not as simple as you state. There is a difference between a citizen that's born on American soil (14th Amendment "citizen") and a natural born citizen as required for presidential eligibility in Article II, Section I of the Constitution. The difference is explained in detail here. Whether or not he was born on American soil is not the only question that needs to be answered. His parentage figures into the equation and, on those grounds, he fails the eligibility requirements, the cowardice of the modern judiciary notwithstanding.

Yes they did. And he fails as he does not qualify as a "Natural Born Citizen". Parents must be US citizens to qualify. He only had one US citizen parent who at the time also failed other requirements such as being 19.

As for me proving US citizenship, very simple. Even to the NBC part. Both parents NBC, all 4 grandparents NBC, all great grandparents NBC, in fact relatives living here before the Constitution was even thought of. I'm NBC because I was born of 2 US citizen parents, born on a military base in a US military hospital, and born on Guam.
