One of the important points of the book is that those 11 million went willingly to the cattle cars because they were lied to. Obama has done nothing but lie. Gingrich lied and committed unethical acts. Romney lies, then changes his mind, and lies again. Do you know how you stop electing liars? Don't vote for them! There are alternatives.

Statistics show that most people like their representatives, but are they representing you? Did your Senator or Congressperson vote yes for NDAA, SOPA, PIPA, Patriot Act? Mine did, and I wrote them to complain. Ron Paul did not. He is one of few men of honor serving in our government. I don't believe he lies. There is a culture of deceit in Washington D.C. which can only be broken when we refuse to allow them to lie to us. "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Please watch this video. This is the State of the Union that Obama wouldn't dare speak of.

Believe me, I think Ron Paul is what this nation needs. I would love to vote for him and see him become president, however.

The facts of the matter are, either a Republican or Democrap will become president. We are a two party system and that's where the public and coporate money all travels. There is no debate on these facts.

Remember Ross Perot, the swishing sound of american jobs leaving this country. He got an amazing 9% of the poplar vote. That amazing 9% of the vote came from anti-democrate and people fed up with the status quo. In effect, those votes were given to the democtatic canidate and look who we ended up with. If RP runs on another party ticket or independent, it's going to happen again. Make sense?

I personally would like to see the republican nominee select Mr. Paul as his V.P. running mate. Last but not least, there seems to be a major concern by potential Ron Paul supporters and the general consevative public about his ageand not knowing if he has another 4-8 years left. JMHO guys.

As always instructive to come here and see why my country stands broken. It'll get worse before it gets better.

I think you'll find that Ross Perot got 19%, not 9%, of the popular vote.

19% in '92 and 8.4% in '96. Optimists routinely round the '96 number up to 9%, and actually, '92 wasn't quite 19% either, but 18.9%. Rounding obviously works fine there though.

I voted for him both times and have had to live with the fact that those of us who did contributed to electing Clinton. I see the same scenario unfolding again. I will vote Paul in our primary, but I can't vote for Gingrich or Romney in the general, and don't believe either of them can do a single thing to save this nation anyway, making them little different than the Obammunist for all intents and purposes. Since it is painfully obvious that a write-in vote is a wasted vote, I'll probably just stay home for the first time since my eligibility to vote in 1973.

Thus, we can conclude, there is NO WAY that the "good old boy" Elitist Politician (and Parties) thoroughly entrenched in DC at this time can be debased.

EXACTLY the way our would be "rulers and elected nobility" would prefer it.

I HAD hoped that the Tea Party might continue on with the ferver they showed in the lead up to the '10 election..... but they got it shoved in their noses by not only the Dems, but also the Reps.... both of which feared the TP's apparent popular support.

Oh well. Had your chance to really make a difference and let your "pull" get vilified after the election. Never made a protest at all, did ya?

Here's the real "truth", if you are angry enough with the establishment and can acquire enough supporters to make a significant difference in an election, such as the '10 election, you have your foot in the door to change, but once you are in for a penny, you had better be in for a pound. The trends, policies and, in general, the overriding attitudes of the population do NOT change on a dime.... they change over a generation or two of concerted effort.

Too bad the Tea Party has neither the staying power nor, apparently, the drive to stick with the long haul.

The old "Politics is dirty" attitude.... Got better things to do with my time. Exactly why we are saddled with the generally unsatisfactory lot of politicians who are certainly not qualified to run a Nation, and are certainly hell bent on running all of us!

"Sometimes a Nation gets exactly the Government it deserves." Brothers, we are here!
