I hadn't heard that 645. But I've been out of pocket for the last several days without much time to keep up. Have you heard anything else since posting this? I can't put any time into tracking down info until the next night or two, but would appreciate any follow-up you can offer.

I would think that while the judge likely can disqualify a witness as an "expert," I doubt seriously that the transcripts are thrown out, or that the record of the hearing has been cleansed of any of that testimony. He would need it on any appeals to validate his decisions concerning the experts I would think. Not sure, but I'd like to know what's going on there, if anything.



Just wondering here sender, did you happen to dutifully and responsibly watch/listen to any of the videos of the GA hearings I posted? Have you dutifully and responsibly debunked the expert testimony contained within them? If not, should we likewise fear your ability to pull, aim and shoot responsibly? Jus' wonderin'.

I've gone and read the transcripts and he did throw out the experts as the lawyer in the case did not show they were indeed "experts". The judge then also tossed out the evidence as without experts' testimony , it isn't evidence of wrongdoing.
It is still in the record but was not used to base his decision. He does state that he would have granted summary judgment for them if they had not gone to trial.

Funny how just hours after 0bama's short form was on Daily KOS, there was a blank form up also that allowed anyone to make their own.

Ya know, I admire Orly Taitz for her tenacity, but if the result of the first bolded part is the denial of the 2nd bolded part, that seems like a bush-league mistake. Her tenacity isn't making up for her incompetence it would seem.
