Sad but not a surprise. As long as everyone remembers what we all have been through, and ignores the "offers" I'm sure that will be coming. And as long as the Electorial College cooperates, since popular vote dosent seem to work anymore.

Alright, that has been two courts that have now determined that being born on US soil makes one a "natural born citizen" regardless of parental citizenship; and no court opinions to the contrary. Can we put this nonsense to rest now?

If you want to defeat him, work on DEFEATING HIM, not disproven conspiracy theories about his ineligibility.

But, I suppose I should just resign myself to the fact that there are conspiracy theorists who will not accept any evidence, and will always denounce Mr. Obama as "not a citizen", so now that this latest case is done, I'm done commenting on this conspiracy nonsense.

Exactly. If the popular vote had worked, we would have... Oh, wait, we'd have Obama as president. And before that Bush, and before that... Oh, yeah, Gore. (Of course, if Gore had become president in 2001, we have no idea what would have happened in 2004 much less 2008. I doubt Bush would have run again and/or won in 2004, and there would have been a very real possibility of a serious Democratic primary challenger to Gore, unless he would have suddenly grown a personality upon assumption of the presidency.)

I agree the courts have ruled and it's a done deal, it's over and a ruling has been made. Now I have to ask was the judge influenced to make the decision he did, money threats to his life or family? obama has a very powerful machine supporting him, and the judge I do not think was a dummy. We will never know and we must move on.

As for gore winning we would be broke A lot sooner, driving those little square golf carts, to our small boxed homes powered by solar and battery and the assault weapons ban would have been permanent.

I was just in another topic a while ago about Social Security where walt had mentioned something about a few moments after the "courts ruled" a blank certificate suddenly appeared on the internet...this tactic is how to make this judge looks like a fool...I may be wrong...maybe I am wrong...of course I am wrong...let us just leave this be. We are in a very dangerous period of our lives for now.

For three years these conspiracy theories have been going on and getting nowhere other that causing confusion and raising the blood pressure of some people. We now have a little over 8 months to actually do something and get rid of him. Concentrate on that rather on something that will not happen.

And that has been a load of crap also. People don't give a $h!t how someone views obama birth certificate, when it come to how they will put food on the table. If people are smart they will blame obama and he will be gone. It's the economics of the vote.

No real surprise. Obama is a democrat and progressive liberal. He also has a questionable back ground. The judicial system is full of like minded judges. They will protect their own one way or another. Now if he were a conservative and/or republican, there would be a much different outcome. Even if it was fiction.

obama is a lawyer the judge was at one time a lawyer it's lawyers protecting lawyers
