What are the charges officer?
Mr. Smith has been charged with possession of a dangerous frisbee, discharging a frisbee in a public place or where there are people to be endangered, entering a "frisbee-free-zone" armed with a sporting implement.
The other two are being charged with conspiracy to play frisbee on a public beach.
