Default Not all Republicans are Conservative

Not all Republicans are Conservative, but when you meet a true Conservative and they just happen to be a Republican and they also have the motto,

"I believe in Republican leadership guided by Conservative principles, TEA Party values, and American Exceptionalism."

We may have found the right person to Represent us in the Republican Party.

We all know there are entrenched Career Politicians in both Parties that are more interested in themselves and their Political Power than We The People. Kevin DeWine Chairman of the State Central Committee proved just that in his attempt to protect committee incumbents from the Tea Party Candidates that may not have been politically motivated prior to the Tea Party movement. The committee also voted to endorse themselves and will spend millions to protect existing seats from Conservative candidates.

Last night at our monthly American Patriot Council / Steubenville For Liberty meeting we had the opportunity to meet such a person.

Leslie Hass is running for the Republican Party State Central Committee in our District.

    A few things about Leslie:

When she became President of the Washington County Republican Women’s Club she realized their by-laws didn’t include the word Conservatism anywhere. So she re-wrote the by-laws.

She organized the first Tea Party in Washington County.

Her and her husband David own a small Heating and Air Conditioning Company, they well aware of what Government intervention and over regulations does to a small business.

She named her Daughter “Reagan” she said it didn’t matter if it was a boy or a girl it was going to be a Reagan.

She is a Concealed Carry License Holder.

    Washington County GOP Executive Committee.

3-Term President of the Republican Women’s Club.

County Chair for Local, State, & National Campaigns.

    Election Headquarters Manager since 2006.

Co Chairman for both Bill Johnson's and Gov. Kasich's campaign.

We don’t have much time Ohio’s Primary election is March 6th.

When I read things like this...it bothers me very much of how some people judge another person as "Conservative" just on the basis of an article. Sorry, I did not read the whole post past the above. I have my own belief as to how a conservative who will run this country should be and I am sticking to it. This is my very own opinion and I am sticking to it. YMMV...

Doesn't really matter on party affiliation. There are conservatives in both parties. The party establishment in both parties is moderate to liberal. Once in Washington you will be forced to march to the party drum if you wish to have help getting re-elected. The political systems is broken, wish I had the solution to fix it. Maybe forcing the left wing liberals out at the local level is the place to start.

Debray nice work. Gathered facts, made an opinion, and gave the information to others. The system is broke, and I am not quite sure how to fix it either. I have always tried to fix things when I find them broken. I am working on a solution (for this broken system) , and will let all know when I have a answer. As you pointed out Debray, we have to get involved, and when we find someone or something that supports our ideals, we do all we can to advance those ideals.

Democrats-Liberals and Republicans-Conserative There might be a few instances where you will find them reversed, but not too often.
