I don' t like that Romney was involved in health care; but under the 10th amendment it is permissable for the States. This is Federalism. No matter what crazy and circuitous reasoning Roberts came up with, it is very difficult to prove that Obama care is constitutional. I hope all of the AARP members are happy with the support for Obama Care. The death panels that don't exist are beginning their work. Those who are no longer of use will be elimated. I guess there are as many old and stupid people as young, lazy, and stupid people.

I had some doubts about this as I read it, then became angry. However when I read that the Judge said that Congress, "Was exempt from the Social Security System," the article lost credibility. Congress has paid into Social Security since about 1984. They DO have a better "401K" then most people, but do pay SS.

If people don't take notice and take heed this United States of America will fall and fail. Obama and Pelosi have been the ruination of our Constitution, Stomped on our civil rights and treated the citizens like we don't even exist. Can you imagine turning 75 yrs old and be told you are too old to be treated for skin cancer and you have to take end of life classes because you don't matter any more. My Father walked the tomb of the unknown soldier as a member of the Old Guard he is now of the age under Obama care he just doesn't matter? People Wake up! Do you think if Congress was on Social Security it would be in the shape it is in? Do you think if they had to be on medicare it would be broke or they be using the monies for it to pay for all the illegals health care? We as a country can pay an athlete 15 million a year or more and pay a CEO 15 mill. a year but can't give our elderly enough to live on? I don't care if you are Democrat or Republican you just can't be that blind to think our country can live with Obama Care. How you you like to tell your mom or dad,"I am sorry but you are too old to get health care. You are going to die because the law says you are too old and it needs the money to help a family of illegals that never did a damb thing to help this nation!" Please get these people out of office!
