Reality Check
The U.S. provided money and support to Al Qaeda in Libya and again in Syria. The NDAA specifies that persons assisting Al Qaeda can be arrested and detained indefinitely. Why does Zerobummer get away with it?
"The 2nd amendment was never intended to allow private citizens to 'keep and bear arms'. If it had, there would have been wording such as 'the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed'." -- Ken Konecki on Usenet, on 27 Jul 1992

"You can get a lot accomplished if you don't care who gets the credit" - Ronald Reagan
If you even think he's above the law now, just what do you think this AH will do if he gets a second term?
law? we don't need no stinking law.
also worth noting- mccain co-wrote & obama signed the NDAA. nice bi-partisan destruction of liberty there, in case no one noticed.
all those hypocrit government thugs are above the law they get away with murder and more without even a question or bat of any officials eyes........but try to save rain water from your own roof in some parts and you will go to jail .........crazy insanity i tell ya
gun control is being able to hit your target
I think the OP is a trick question actually. The obvious answer is "yes, he's above the law." The legal answer is oh no he ain't. The tie-breaker is We, The People, which means, yeah, he's above the law, because there isn't either the political or militant will to hold him accountable for his criminality, or the wider criminal government for that matter. My personal opinion is that it has less to do with Obama specifically, than with the one-party system we have apathetically acquiesced to. I mean, you can blame Obama if you want, but that lets all the RINOs and Republican progressives off the hook, and believe me, Washington D.C. is ate up with 'em, as are the halls of all state legislatures and governor's mansions. I think wishing and hoping for a political solution to any of the destruction imposed upon the Constitution over the last couple of centuries is a total pipe dream. Yeah, Obama is above the law, because there is no law as long as We, The People stand idly by as it crumbles into nothingness before our eyes.
There's no easy answer. I include myself in the above bit of despondent cynicism. Not claiming to know how to right this ship politically, or militantly for that matter. I know without a doubt that voting won't do it, though. I also know without a doubt that We, The People are not blameless, though generationally-speaking, we may be justified in holding our forebears more accountable than ourselves. Meh....whatever. Pretty much a distinction without a difference until The People's ire is raised to the point of purposeful action. Not holding my breath on that one.
If Obama and the government in general is above the law, then we all are. That's what "We, The People" means. Only a unified People can fix it, and we're nowhere near being that, so unless you're willing to go out in a blaze of glory by yourself, or maybe a few of your militia friends, might as well roll with it.
Or, alternatively, pray.

Gun Control: The theory that a woman found dead in an alley, raped and strangled with her own pantyhose, is somehow morally superior to a woman explaining to Police how her attacker got that fatal bullet wound.
I will not be rolling with it.
I used to be a government-educated stooge. By the grace of God, I repent. -Robert Burris
It's really a simple problem, easily explained. If the government gives money to a terrorist group, it's called "foreign policy", if a citizen does the same thing, it's called "supporting terrorism", and you go to jail. Maybe. Depends on who your "friends" are.
