1A doesn't apply the way it was written (Congress shall establish no religion.... not "we cannot talk about God at all at school")
2A doesn't apply the way it was written (shall not be infringed means what?)

9A doesn't apply since it was placed to avoid federal gov't from expanding its powers.
10A certainly doesn't apply with all the heavy handed Federal abuses overstepping their bounds with states.

the 5th is ignored also...at least in certain terms, the drug war has confiscated cars, houses & money..without compensation. Maybe property tax could fit in here too, I mean, if you dont pay..they take it.
