That equates to richer dealers who buy great fire-arms, Kevlar body armor and use CIA style tech to get the product into the veins of millions of veins per minute, along with a lot of HIV, Hep-C and other deadly bugs that finally puts most junkies into very expensive hospitals, paid for by your tax dollars as they don't have health insurance because they spent all their money on Afghan-white smack! Calculate maybe 10% of sloppy dealers who get caught going into prisons so full if they stuff another gang-banger inside they'll have to stack them on the roof! Organized crime will have more cash than Bill Gates meaning they will buy who they want into power and run most of the senior police departments who act on the funding they get from the local politicians who will be on someone's pay-roll that makes the federal/state wages look like minimal wage. Honest, moral cops quit or have 'accidents', or get whacked by overpowering superior BG full-auto weapons. Desperate for more horse armed junkies will be jacking or mugging anything that has value for another fix, and our coast-guard will spend billions trying to stop the influx. ($10billion won't be enough to stop even 1/2 the flow to the U.S.), in other nations no one would be around to take on armed speed-boats with armor plating and twin .50's fore & aft. :Image23:
And as this poppy juice sells then billions will flow back thru highly organized crime families to the Talliban and al-Q who will then buy better weapons and kit their muj out with gear our best SEAL teams don't even have. Coming soon to a harbor/port then to a local bad part of town near U, a Talliban bought ex-Soviet nuclear submarine that will deliver the product ready to roll into fleets of unionized truckers who will bring their loads into warehouses for more cutting and distribution down to the dealer's $5million homes just like Dominoes! :25-cool2: The FBI will have a backed-up case load that armed bank robbers will be 10 years down the line from even a visit from the suits or the local SWAT teams.

HK4U, thank you for posting into this thread. I do think with a little more insight into what I posted that led to your response I can add factual substance to what I have so far only hinted at. Take it of leave it, but what I say can be verified however you choose to. Most of our prisons have inmates serving time for drugs crimes, or drug related crimes, a few kilos of pot will get U maybe 10 years, a joint in some states maybe 3, fact! America imprisons more people that any other nation on earth, or has them on parole/probation and still linked to the penal system in some form, failure to make your P.O's meeting or blow a urine test and back inside you go. It's a big industry to keep us safe from the BG's. Check out any state penitentiary (faster job online) U choose to verify that fact with. REALITY: For a max-security say Marion incarcerated lifer it equates to around $5K a day per BG (your tax $'s) in all the security, facilities, food, utilities, laundry, guards pay, bills, guards pension funds, and SO much more to keep say some cop-killer inside (safe from us) for the rest of his/her living days. THE DEA and all the other ABC's sure think it's a war on something! Some places like Amsterdam come to mind. A place where you have the FREEDOM (you mentioned) to own a small amount of hash or pot for your own use and no cop will or can take it away from you in Amsterdam. Is that the freedoms you want here my friend, but swap hash for heroin and the law changes in both places! They will bust you even there for a kilo of skag if U are stupid enough to get caught with it! Minor dope anything in 'The Dam' dope-bust is very much like a speeding ticket here if you have over a certain weight and don't pay taxes on your sales, or it's just disregarded by their cops if it's just a few grams for your private use. Their jails are places for mainly non-drug related violent offenders, so they have less jails. Minor dope is NOT pure heroin! If you are a junkie in that nation they give you plenty clean 1-use needles and a methadone free supply so you won't jack a citizen for the H-fix, less organized crime running the show, it comes right off the docks into the dealer's cars, less full prisons and less drug-related 1 on 1 violent or property crimes. Have you spent much/any time in the cafés there? I have, so I bare witness to what I write about. Not much has changed since I was there on several 3-4 day passes [1977-9] sitting drinking a few cold potent local brews with a platoon of my non-doping G.I. Joe buddies on R & R, MUCH more interested in scoring a good lay with a legalized tax-paying and health clinic checked every month if she wants to keep that state-carded hooker legal status working gal job. No brutal pimps there, the government tax they pay provides them plenty of cop protection fast. We saw kilos of hash on every table in almost every café or diner up for sale in plain sight, measured out and wrapped to go! Not believing that any culture acted that way about any form of dope it was & still is a cultural and legal norm there, or go online and verify it for yourself. So if we have no war on drugs then we can empty most of our prisons, save billions doing that overnight, keeping only non-drug related dangerous offenders locked-up. They employ many millions from corporate managers: Capos to Dons to Mullas and Imams to terrorist leaders and their subordinates to hundreds of thousands of mules milking the poppy's seed-pod for the white sticky fluid as their only means of survival. Our $10 billion in aid is going to make that job a LOT more easy to franchise. You can not blame 32-million Afghans for 9/11 even if it is a 'catchy phrase' when only a very small fraction had anything to do with it. The Talliban moved into the 'Stan, took it over by force and granted ObL a place to be a nut-job wanker until we showed up. The average Afghan nobody had no say in that. Our so-called allies the Saudis spawned a few fanatical rich independent radical citizens funded by the bin-Laden construction company, which BTW still thrives today, made up the main body & funding of the hi-jackers on 9/11, even if they did train for it in a few training camps in the 'Stan (and Iran and Yemen and Somalia and even in Europe and Canada!), places your average Afghan would be shot dead or arrested for even going near. No! I am not condoning Jack just stating facts that should be obvious to anyone who asks the right questions before they cut a $10-billion check to a nation we are are FAR from controlling, and right now (as I post this) combined Afghan, U.S., Brit and other nation's forces are driving weakened Talliban forces back to meet reinforced Pakistani forces at a border clash in a classic encircle & entrapment maneuver last time I checked Sky-News © or other government online sources to grant them their wish to go meet Allah in person! We can oblige that desire! And over the border in Pakistan there are maybe a million waiting to take their place. That heroin money will go a long way to kitting them out with some pretty potent arms and buy-up more followers.
I am not trying to change your take on my post, but just help bring it into a focus that is something much more insidious you may now see has pretty dire consequences for many other places than just the USA, and few easy ways to justify much with conspiracy theories of US drug money being used to finance anti-terror missions. Ask Ollie North what a very bad idea that kind of double dealing almost cost Ronny Reagan his job if Ollie hadn't taken the MAJOR political fall-out bullet headed for his CiC!
This is not me flaming you, if you took it that way then please find another person who you trust to echo these facts to you in a private place, or do your own research. This effects much more than guns, me or you! Freedom to do what you want to whom you want any time you want is a Credo used by our enemies as often as it is used by the U.S. patriots who (unlike those who have vowed to destroy us) we hold our freedoms in rational/lawful checks and balances they don't have but have one basis to judge that barbaric behavior from, the Koran. I agree we have a track record of providing tax payers money to much of the world as well as arms. Iran at one time was our "friend" and much money and arms ended in a country that is now our "enemy". Then Iraq was our "friend" as long as they were fighting Iran. Now we have had to spend billions soon to be trillions fighting our former "friend" now our "enemy". We have the best enemies money can buy.
