We may not be fully there yet be we are heading in that direction. We are much closer than when this was first written. You may not be put in jail per say for speaking out but speak out long enough and loud enough and some " other reason" will put you there. Or they just may confiscate your guns or other property like on another thread here. If I make very little profit because an unconstitutional tax has eaten it away it really does not matter the wording of it. Like the quote said change up what you call it and the people will accept it. Slowly but surely the frog is boiling.
