I have always envisioned Obama being somewhat like Jimmy Carter in the area of foreign policy. That is, weak, and ready to downgrade our defense system. McCain, and the Republican party in general are superior in the area of foreign policy, and have been since the days of Eisenhower.

Do you really think for a minute, given Obama's record on gun issues while a State Senator in IL and a US Senator and the fact that he has an F rating from the NRA, that Obama will suddenly become PRO GUN??? He's as anit as they come and I can Guarantee you if he takes office, Pelosi, Schummer, Kennedy, Levin, Lautenburg, Feinstein, Reed and the Brady Bunch will be suing the crap out of every Gun MFG, every Ammo mfg and getting every round of ammo micro stamped and guess what JW.....it's going to drive a ton of people in the gun business out of business and drive costs WAY UP!!!! You think ammo is expensive now, just you wait until the Lib Democrats get their rubber stamp!!! Not only that, any rifle or shotgun with a pistol grip will go bye-byes! High cap mags will also become a thing of the past....already are in Liberal Massachusetts where I hail from. Dude- get a grip and get introspective quick.....when you pull that lever on Tuesday, will you might actually be pulling the proverbial trigger :suicide2: on your own freedoms! Great post! A very well written article with some good insights.
know you guys are talking about issues. Thats what i like to see. I just get tired of the personal attacks on his faith, background, the terrorist stuff, yada yada.
I have looked at how they voted in the us senate and have researched things on this issue and also heard him make statements on what he would do. Mccain wins on the subject on gun control. I agree somewhat with you guys. Like i have said i am voting on all issues and obama wins that for me.
