We could point out all the illogical statements in his 30 Reasons, but I'll just hit on one. He didn't finish 27. "There is much more gun violence in the US than other industrialized nations, but it's better to face an armed criminal."
. . . It's better to face an armed criminal armed than unarmed.
Just another example of someone that would lie to try and convince others. Sad to say there are many who will believe his lies rather that researching for themselves the real facts.

What an idiot, he must have just torn pages directly from the "Brady Manifesto". Guns cause crime like cars cause drunk drivers, there is simply too much data conflicting his theories, sounds like someone that just likes to hear himself speak.
Here's 2 of the easy ones:
First, criminals will always have access to guns. If gund exist anywhere in the world, criminals will have them. If there is a militray armory anyhwere, if there is one police car with a gun in it, the criminals will have them. Secondly, if guns are outlawed, I will still have my guns, so I will be an outlaw. And I am sure that pertains to most of us up here.MYTH: If you outlaw guns only the outlaws will have guns.
TRUTH: If you outlaw guns, very few criminals will have guns. In America guns start out legal. Then they enter the black market one way or the other (source). So if you have less legal guns then there will less guns entering the black market and consequently less outlaws owning guns. Think about it. Nations with very strict gun control laws such as the UK, Australia, and Japan have much lower gun crime rates than the US. The most probable explanation for this is that criminals in the US have much greater access to guns due to less gun control. Saying "If you outlaw guns only the outlaws will have guns" is very misleading and completely absurd. If you outlaw guns, less outlaws will have guns. Would you rather have more or less outlaws owning guns? The answer is obvious.
Our Constitution was written by patriots who were experiencing the confiscation of their arms in an attempt to control and force their submission to the king. The Declaration of Independence is PROOF of the fact that they knew an armed citizenry was a check-and-balance against tyranny. And history, even ancient history, has proven that the government first disarms its people before subjugating them. Saddam didn't worry about private ownership of guns because his military/goons kept them under control by killing anyone who opposed them. You cannot compare the Muslim mentality/mindset with people who have always known freedom and will fight to keep it, so the argument is invalid.
The only way this government will become totally socialist is for those who love liberty to be disarmed and silenced. And that ain't gonna happen. I believe the US military will join the people if push comes to shove. If socialism has its way, there will be only 2 classes of people, those with guns, and slaves.

The sad thing is, all of these anti-gun folk are misinformed (and they say the same about us), HOWEVER. If I saw Ms. Brady from the notorious Brady Campaign being attacked I would do my best to help her infact i'd give my life to try to protect hers (comes with the profession but in a personal capacity as well)....when some tragic accident happens they say "see told you so na na na na na na".

Why didn't anyone mention the fallacy in his argument of Germany? Hitler confiscated arms to promote "NATIONAL SECURITY"....I just sent the guy an E-mail to point this out and ask a question...

Personaly, Id like to be the right side of the picture, which is why I do own, and will always own a firearm. This guy needs to wake up.

I never understood the logic of those gun grabbers- "well you might accidentally shoot yourself". Sure, tragedies happen from lack of training, lack of care, or just an honest mistake. However, I beleive that being attacked by someone whom I cannot defend against without superior equipment is more likely.
