Wvcdl visit to state capitol

WVCDL (WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL DEFENSE LEAGUE) West Virginia Citizens Defense League (WVCDL), is a grass root org. to help protect, promote, and preserve our right to protect our selfs and our families.

WVCDL held its first LOBBY DAY with a visit to the State Capitol on March 2,2009, with approx. 30 members in attendance. We attended a sesseion of the Senate and were introduced prior to the session. Afterward we split into groups to meet with our individual Delagates and Senators. I personally got to talk one on one with Delegate John Overington, Senator Craig Blair and with our group from the eastern pandhandle to Senator John Unger.

I feel the trip was very sucussfull and we were very well received. I am looking forward to next year as we grow in strength and numbers. If you would like more information log on the web address above.
