    Well, it IS unconstitutional, but good luck w/ that one. See what happenned to Al Capone? The gov't couldn't get him, but just skip your taxes.............

    Yep, you can volunteer to pay your taxes, or they will take your house, car, guns, dogs, cats paycheck, even your X-Box and put your butt in jail. Totally up to you.

    I believe that paying your Income Tax is voluntary. Filing your Return is mandatory!

    What do you expect from Harry Reid? Or Nancy Pelosi? Or any one of those morons? It is probably voluntary for Harry because he doesn't pay any taxes.

    I agree it is unconstitutional but then so is the federal reserve and so is interfering with our 2nd amendment rights and so is unlawful searches. Gee I think I see a pattern here.
