Ordinarily, I would be unable to grade a candidate who has been in office for only six months, but the passage of the stimulus bill, as well as the automaker bailout and his nomination of Sonia Sotomayor to SCOTUS makes his grade a D so far for me.

P.S. Ronwill, where did you come up with such a high percentage? If you add up the Es and Fs, the percentage adds up to 50.93%, not the 57.75% you came up with.

I include Ds in there also. As I stated before the schools I have dealt with have an A, B, C, F grade. Ds are considered failing and included there. Minimum passing grade would be a C (or 2.0 if you want to look at it that way). I understand that some will not consider Ds that way but I do.

I'd have given him an 'F' only because it's the lowest he could get. The guy hasn't been in office long enough to breathe, and already he's being termed a failure by AT LEAST half the population. At least Bush lasted almost 3/4th of the way through his 2nd term before the hatred took over.

IF - Obama even makes it through his 1st term, he won't even make the primaries in 2012. Everyone in the country will be after his butt, and half of the house and senate should be out of office by then.
