The question on my mind is, if these documents are found and he is once and for all proven not to be a "natural born citizen," can the results of the 2008 election be rescinded and a new election ordered? The constitution does lay out eligibility rerquirements for presidential candidates but is silent on what would happen if it is shown that the "president" is proven ineligible after the fact.

He can be removed from office, charged, convicted and deported after serving his time. I doubt there would be another election. Biden would become the Drunk-in-charge. We need to start demanding him to step down/impeach if he doesn't produce a legal BC soon. Something would have been done by now if the main steam media would start investigating and reporting on this!
