Lets hope the judges agree with the will of the people.

What I am afraid of is even if we get the judicial system finally on our side we still may have to worry about the Executive Branch. Our Presidents lately have had a bad habit of using Presidential Directives and Executive Orders to make an end run around the constitution.

We can always hope the politicians at least have some sense. While I know it's a long shot, the second amendment really is pretty clear.
