This case is worth keeping an eye on. It's meant to determine if the 2A only restricts the federal government or applies to states as well.

Just in time for Sotomayor to show us just how "fair and impartial" this little "wise latina" is when interpreting law and the Constitution. (Her words, not mine. I'd never call an anti "wise.")

Fortunately for America, she only replaced another left-wing judge, so the "balance" of the S. Court wasn't fouled.

This will be very interesting to see how it plays out, or even quickly (or slowly) it progresses under this socialist regime.

if the states can regulate the second ammendment rights, can they also control first ammendment rights and limit free speech. this becomes a slippery slope with regard to peoples rights.

She would never do that. That would require morals which she is lacking.
