The Constitution also doesn't specifically say that RKBA can't be used by criminals to take advantage of prospective victims. It also doesn't say that people can't yell fire in a crowded theater, but indeed those are things you can be arrested for. Common sense should tell anyone that while the constitution does spell out our rights, those rights should be exercised repsonsibly, and not abused. Whoever posted this poll was abusing their free speech rights and should at least be investigated.
