This is the first time in decades that the socialists have thought they could pull this off.
And because we were the frog in the hot water, we blithely cruised along not worrying because most of us were comfortable in our little cocoons. Now socialism is openly pushing for supremacy, thinking that they now have the momentum to get it done.
Oops! Those comfortable people who were too busy with their own lives have been slapped silly by the overt actions of Obama & Co. I think the take-over was considered a done thing a little too soon. See? Even you think that Marxism is here to stay. I may be wrong, but I don't think so. Before we fall to a European style of slavery and government control over every part of our lives, we will do everything within our power to see Obama fail. And if that means a new civil war, so be it.
This same thing happened around 233 years ago, and a few good men decided that a small government and freedom of the people was worth dying for. Men like that are still around.

Outside Independence Hall when
the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended,
Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin,
"Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?"
With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded,
"A republic, if you can keep it."
