Remember the Senate's anti-gun ObamaCare bill that was crammed full of billions of dollars of bribes:

* The Cornhusker Kickback?

* $300,000,000 of bribes to Louisiana's Senator Mary Landrieu?

* A new hospital in Connecticut for morally challenged Senator Chris Dodd?

* Roughly ten billion in community health centers to buy off Vermont's Bernie Sanders?

* An exemption of Bill Nelson's Florida constituents from the Medicare Advantage cuts applicable to everyone else?

* A threat to take away Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman's committee chairmanship unless he falls into line?

And, lest we forget, remember the Senate ObamaCare bill which still allows the ATF to troll a health/gun database in order to take away firearms from tens of millions of Americans?

Well, that's the bill that Speaker Nancy Pelosi is now trying to cram down the throats of conservative House Democrats, who are being told they have to pass this bill that is filled with bribes and corruption --- WITHOUT A SINGLE CHANGE.

Not a single bribe will come out of the bill which Pelosi and Obama are now DEMANDING that the House pass by March 18.

Sure, there will be a companion package --- dubbed "ObamaCare Helper" --- which will be "passed" by the House at the same time.

But once ObamaCare is passed, what motivation do either Obama or Senate Democrats have to pass a clean-up bill for House Democratic suckers once they've gotten the trillion dollar Senate bill they want?

So -- how does Pelosi get the votes for ObamaCare Helper? Answer: More bribes, threats and corruption.

According to the Associated Press; "Barack Obama says he will persuade Congress to pass his health care overhaul even if it kills him."

A final vote on ObamaCare is now imminent... it can come at any time. That means if we are going to stop it, we cannot let up the pressure.

Barack Obama may have given Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid a March 18th deadline to ram ObamaCare through Congress, but knowledgeable sources in Congress are telling us that Pelosi will push the Senate-passed bill to the floor of the House of Representatives the very second she believes she has the votes to shove it down our throats... or maybe even sooner.

Congress Paul Ryan (R-WI) confirmed what we are being told when he said to FOX News' Greta Van Susteren that Pelosi may bring ObamaCare up for a vote any day now. Ryan said, “She'll do that if she thinks she has the votes. They might even come to the floor without having the votes locked in because what they typically do is announce the vote to try and get the fence sitters off the fence and on board. And so they're putting huge amounts of pressure on their members to vote for this."

And we don't need to tell you what’s at stake. You already know about the extreme cuts in Medicare... the rationing... the crippling taxes... and the long waiting lines that we may all be forced to endure for substandard medical care.

But, truth be told, as former-presidential candidate Gary Bauer recently reminded us, the battle we are waging is not about health care, it's about preserving our way of life:

"... bankrupting the insurance industry and undermining the free market is a stated goal of some healthcare reform advocates. ... the goal of healthcare reform is to create a system that bankrupts private industry and leads to socialized medicine. And that is a goal shared by Barack Obama."

Congressman Ryan cautions us that Obama and Pelosi are only 5-15 votes shy of reaching that goal. And that means it is up to us to deny Obama and Pelosi those votes.

The Horse Trading And Hardball Tactics Being Employed To Shove ObamaCare Down Our Throats Are Unprecedented. How Low Will They Go?

Obama and Pelosi may be down for the moment, but they are not out for the count... far from it. They've got their eyes on the prize and they’re working overtime to make government-run health care the law of the land. Congressman Ryan also told Van Susteren that there's "lots of horse trading taking place" and further warned that Pelosi's an expert at "muscling votes."

"[Y]ou can never count the Speaker out. On cap-and-trade, she was down 24 votes the night before, but she muscled it through and passed it by eight. She's very good at cutting deals, at muscling votes and using the carrot and the stick to get the votes she needs. She's been very successful so far this year."

Make no mistake, if we do not act, Pelosi WILL strong-arm those votes. The back-room wheeling-and-dealing and political dirty tricks will only increase.

Indeed, we are already seeing some examples of just how far Obama and Pelosi and their surrogates will go when it comes to flexing their muscle.

Former Congressman Eric Massa resigned just days ago and clearly intimated that the emerging accusations against him actually were part of a campaign of "intimidation" that the Democratic Leadership and White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel are waging against him and other Members of Congress to tow the line on ObamaCare.

And while the talking-heads and the pundits were quick to remind us that Massa's credibility is "questionable" (something we have little doubt about), the Associated Press put the entire unfolding drama in its proper perspective:

"The veracity of Massa's claims cannot be verified. But they do prove that the atmosphere among House Democrats have become toxic. ... The House leadership and the Obama administration seem willing to stop at nothing to ram through health care reform, regardless of the consequences."

And, it’s been well publicized that pressure is being applied to Congressman Bart Stupak as well. A movement is afoot to trick Stupak, and a number of Congressmen who have declared solidarity with him, into believing that their objections to ObamaCare will be resolved once ObamaCare goes to the Senate for "reconciliation."

Of course such a thing is unlikely (and Stupak should know that too), but Congressman Ryan clearly warns us that these Congressman can be "hoodwinked."

"What I worry about is they will fall prey to a false promise in what we call this reconciliation bill, which is if they put the Stupak language in this reconciliation bill, that gets them to vote for the Senate bill, which finances abortions. What we know is very clear is that abortion language, the Stupak language in the reconciliation bill will fall in the Senate. It won't go into law, thereby making taxpayer funding of abortion legal for the first time in a generation."

It's clear... proponents of ObamaCare are playing hardball and they're playing for keeps. Every patriotic American in receipt of this urgent appeal must do the same. If not, then all could be lost.

Barack Obama Tells Us That This Fight Is Over. Let's Tell Him Otherwise.

A little more than a week ago, Obama arrogantly told the American people that the fight is over and that we should just step aside and let him have his way.

Specifically, Obama told us: “Everything there is to say about health care has been said,” just before he, rather ironically, hit the road one last time on his ObamaCare Traveling Snake-Oil Show.
Well, we've got some news for Barack Obama. This fight isn't over... not until ObamaCare is defeated once and for all.
Let's be frank, this attempt to push ObamaCare down the throats of the American people was never about making health care more affordable and accessible to everyday Americans like you and me.
It was never about helping Americans... it's all about control and a never-ending quest by politicians to gain more power... power over you... the power to make your decisions for you... power over all of our lives.
To repeat what Gary Bauer said, "the goal of [so-called] healthcare reform is to create a system that bankrupts private industry and leads to socialized medicine. And that is a goal shared by Barack Obama."
Even Congressman Ryan said as much. According to Ryan this attempt to push ObamaCare down your throat is about ideology:
"[T]his is more about ideology than health care policy, because if this was about health care policy, we can get a bipartisan agreement tomorrow. It's not about health care policy."
"They're trying to ram it [ObamaCare] through as fast as they can before their power slips away from them, and that is why they're trying to create this brand-new entitlement which really does have the government take over 17 percent of our economy."
And Ryan also said that this surreal push to shove ObamaCare down our throats is really about creating "a cradle to grave social welfare state." And that Obama, Pelosi and the other proponents of ObamaCare are determined to push it through "whether the American people want this or not..."
Make no mistake, we are in the home-stretch of this fight. And the only people who can defeat ObamaCare are the American people.
Congressman Ryan again: "The American people have a huge role to play in this. This will be decided this week or next week, and the American people can make a big difference."
Remember, the Associated Press reports that Barack Obama is determined to shove ObamaCare down your throat "even if it kills him."
And if Obama is willing to go that far (even figuratively) that means that every patriotic American reading this urgent appeal should be willing to do something... anything... to stop him. And that means (even if you've done so before) that now is the time to pump out the calls and faxes.

ObamaCare final votes this week

Today, the House starts the final push to pass ObamaCare by
launching the "reconciliation" bill with House Budget
Committee "Mark Up".

This is just a bogus "shell" bill that will be replaced
later in the week (the latest procedural trick employed to
ram this bill forward).

Nonetheless, the New York Times is reporting
that the House could vote on the Senate bill
as soon as Thursday. Both the original Senate
bill and the "reconciliation" bill could both
be passed and signed into law before the end
of the weekend.

Of course, Obama and Pelosi are trying to create an air of
inevitability, but there are many conflicting reports as
to whether they have the votes to pass ObamaCare even using
the reconciliation trickery.

Editor’s Note: James Madison, often referred to as the “Father of the Constitution,” is considered on of America’s leading founding fathers. He was the principal author of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, wrote over a third of the Federalist Papers, and was the fourth president of the United States (1809-1817).
In 1798, he secretly co-authored, along with Thomas Jefferson, the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions to protest the Alien and Sedition Acts. It was these resolutions where the principles of nullification and interposition first gained prominence in the American tradition.
In honor of James Madison’s birthday, March 16, 1751, we are pleased to announce the third installment of our “publications” section. This is gun owners' last shot (so to speak) at saving the country from the worst piece of legislation that we've seen in years.

Make no mistake about it: The pivotal vote in the House will be -- directly or indirectly -- on whether to adopt the corrupt and discredited Senate ObamaCare bill verbatim. And the votes are being corralled by Obama and Pelosi through a new round of bribes, threats, and corruption.

Consider what has been implanted in the bill which will be voted on in the House this week.

1. Restrictions upon gun owners. The Senate-passed version would allow the ATF to troll your confidential medical records in order to take guns away from potentially tens of millions of Americans. The "individual mandate" (in Sections 1501 and 1502) will make it impossible for you to keep private, medical information out of the government-controlled medical database that was created in last year's stimulus bill.

2. Bribes, bribes, bribes. The bill your Representative will be voting on still contains virtually all of the bribes that made the Senate version such a disgusting spectacle. This includes:

* Mary Landrieu's $300,000,000 "Louisiana Purchase;"

* A broadened version of the nauseating "Cornhusker Kickback" to get Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson's vote;

* The roughly $10 BILLION (with a "b") bribe to Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders for clinics which could well be run by ACORN and Planned Parenthood;

* The $100 million Connecticut "Hospital Handout" bribe to corrupt Senator Chris Dodd; and

* The $300 million Libby, Montana, asbestos bribe.

3. Unconstitutional mandates. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the bill to be voted on this week would increase the cost of private insurance by 10-13% over what it would be if Congress did nothing -- and require, under penalty of imprisonment, that you buy it.

4. Corrupt procedures. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) plan to ram this bill through the Congress and onto the President's desk using cheat schemes called "reconciliation" and "self-executing rules." This is nothing other than a slimy attempt to ignore the will of the people, who according to the latest polls, overwhelmingly oppose this legislation:

* Under "reconciliation," any language qualifying for special Senate procedures had to have been reported out of committee by October 15, 2009. As of March 15, 2010, the language was still not available, even though the House Budget Committee voted to approve the non-existent draft.

* Under the Senate rules, these special procedures can be used only to reduce the deficit. Once you discount the accounting tricks and fraud that Reid and Pelosi are employing, ObamaCare would INCREASE the deficit by half a trillion dollars over the first ten years.

* Despite Obama's lies, "reconciliation" has never been used for non-budgetary issues which do not reduce the deficit.

* Now, House Rules Committee Chairman Louise Slaughter (D-NY) is proposing a plan (which has been approved by Pelosi) to "deem" ObamaCare passed without having the House vote on it. Read more about this plan at Pelosi to use Jedi mind trick to pass health care bill .

According to news reports, the phones are ringing off the hook on Capitol Hill. Estimates as to how close Pelosi is to delivering the votes vary widely. But Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI), who opposes the bill on grounds that it would allow for taxpayer funding of abortions, says he thinks Pelosi is about 16 votes away.

This is gun owners' last shot (so to speak) at saving the country from the worst piece of legislation that we've seen in years.

Make no mistake about it: The pivotal vote in the House will be -- directly or indirectly -- on whether to adopt the corrupt and discredited Senate ObamaCare bill verbatim. And the votes are being corralled by Obama and Pelosi through a new round of bribes, threats, and corruption.

Consider what has been implanted in the bill which will be voted on in the House this week.

1. Restrictions upon gun owners. The Senate-passed version would allow the ATF to troll your confidential medical records in order to take guns away from potentially tens of millions of Americans. The "individual mandate" (in Sections 1501 and 1502) will make it impossible for you to keep private, medical information out of the government-controlled medical database that was created in last year's stimulus bill.

2. Bribes, bribes, bribes. The bill your Representative will be voting on still contains virtually all of the bribes that made the Senate version such a disgusting spectacle. This includes:

* Mary Landrieu's $300,000,000 "Louisiana Purchase;"

* A broadened version of the nauseating "Cornhusker Kickback" to get Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson's vote;

* The roughly $10 BILLION (with a "b") bribe to Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders for clinics which could well be run by ACORN and Planned Parenthood;

* The $100 million Connecticut "Hospital Handout" bribe to corrupt Senator Chris Dodd; and

* The $300 million Libby, Montana, asbestos bribe.

3. Unconstitutional mandates. According to the Congressional Budget Office, the bill to be voted on this week would increase the cost of private insurance by 10-13% over what it would be if Congress did nothing -- and require, under penalty of imprisonment, that you buy it.

4. Corrupt procedures. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D) plan to ram this bill through the Congress and onto the President's desk using cheat schemes called "reconciliation" and "self-executing rules." This is nothing other than a slimy attempt to ignore the will of the people, who according to the latest polls, overwhelmingly oppose this legislation:

* Under "reconciliation," any language qualifying for special Senate procedures had to have been reported out of committee by October 15, 2009. As of March 15, 2010, the language was still not available, even though the House Budget Committee voted to approve the non-existent draft.

* Under the Senate rules, these special procedures can be used only to reduce the deficit. Once you discount the accounting tricks and fraud that Reid and Pelosi are employing, ObamaCare would INCREASE the deficit by half a trillion dollars over the first ten years.

* Despite Obama's lies, "reconciliation" has never been used for non-budgetary issues which do not reduce the deficit.

* Now, House Rules Committee Chairman Louise Slaughter (D-NY) is proposing a plan (which has been approved by Pelosi) to "deem" ObamaCare passed without having the House vote on it. Read more about this plan at Pelosi to use Jedi mind trick to pass health care bill .

According to news reports, the phones are ringing off the hook on Capitol Hill. Estimates as to how close Pelosi is to delivering the votes vary widely. But Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI), who opposes the bill on grounds that it would allow for taxpayer funding of abortions, says he thinks Pelosi is about 16 votes away.

If you don't support increases in my premiums, you won't vote for this bill.
4. YOU CLAIM TO OPPOSE TAX INCREASES ON THE MIDDLE CLASS.
THE FACTS: 80% of middle class taxpayers would see their taxes go up -- directly or indirectly -- under the Senate bill.
If you oppose tax increases on the middle class, you won't vote for this bill.
5. YOU CLAIM TO SUPPORT HONEST, TRANSPARENT PROCEDURES.
THE FACTS: The House leadership proposes to pass ObamaCare through a slimy procedure of cheat schemes called "reconciliation" and "self-executing rules." To implement either of these strategies requires even more dishonesty:

• Under "reconciliation," any language qualifying for special Senate procedures had to have been reported out of committee by October 15, 2009. As of March 15, 2010, the language was still not available, even though the House Budget Committee voted to approve the non-existent draft.

Richard Nixon "made history." And, while there are historic events which move mankind forward, there are events -- normally achieved through bribery, corruption and extortion -- which history looks back on with nothing but disgust. ObamaCare is such a sleazy development. Please vote against it.

We knew the CBO report was a scam, but now we have
confirmation from an unlikely source -- the New
York Times. Final House vote Sunday. Details

Concerned Citizen,

This isn't over.

The Democrats are doing everything in their power to create
the illusion that the House will pass ObamaCare on Sunday.
And everything is designed to create the appearance of
"momentum," including the bogus CBO numbers (more on that
in a minute).

Pelosi must maintain every Democrat "yes" vote from the
earlier House vote in the fall to pass ObamaCare. The
target is 216 votes. But Politico posted this morning a
list of 16 potential "No-to-Yes" votes and 26 potential
"Yes-to-No" votes. If this holds, ObamaCare fails.

And votes are still moving. Yesterday, two Democrats
officially flipped from "No-to-Yes" while two went from
"Yes-to-No."

+ + CBO Report is Bogus

Democrats are desperately trying to create the illusion of
momentum from yesterday's CBO report, but the report is
bogus -- a fact confirmed by a story in the New York
Times - yes, that New York Times. After stating Democratic
leaders "spent more than a year" working with the CBO
"as they fine-tuned" the various ObamaCare bills, the
article states:

"In other words, the overall numbers were never
going to miss the mark. Whenever the budget
office judged that some element or elements
of the bill would cause a problem meeting the
cost and deficit-reduction targets, Democrats
just adjusted the underlying legislation to
make sure it would hit their goal."

Translation -- the numbers were rigged. Just like the rest
of this process, Pelosi and gang have made a mockery of
the Congressional Budget Office and the latest CBO report
is just part of their scam.

+ + House "Slaughter" in place

Everything still points to the House using the "Slaughter
Solution" to "deem" the Senate bill passed while they pass
the reconciliation bill.

But, again, this is not a done deal! This is a fluid process,
and votes are still switching. That's why it is critical
grassroots Americans keep up the pressure.

Amidst a sea of faxes and phone calls, pouring into House
