So now I'm confused, did the lady have the right to carry when she was shot or was she without the right to carry like I originally understood the posted article?

She never lost her firearm, only her CC license. As far as I know she still had the right to carry at the time of her death. She probably wasn't carrying at the time, which is sad that one would need to have a firearm to defend themselves from a family member.Originally Posted by chudak25
