Ronwill nailed it. This is only 'news' because of the current administration's position on the subject. This isn't 'new' in Arizona.

They should pull everyone over, doesn't matter if they are black, white, brown, red or yellow.
Everyone gets to be checked and delayed, ID and car registration check and insurance verified.

That's part of their jobs to ensure.

All states need to pass an illegal alien law to detain and apprehend all persons illegally in that state.
Only US citizens, legal aliens and residence aliens are allowed in this country.
Everyone else in this country broke the law getting here, making them criminals and should be treated as such.

i agree with you a hundred percent melloyello pull everyone over hispanics arent the only ones here illegally. It's real easy to agree with racial profiling when no body is bothering u, so i say make it equal and pull everyone over. And who pulled the race card and where do u get one?

i happen to be hispanic and i drive a chevy work truck i've been pulled over 3 times by sherrifs deputies. While this occured i saw no caucasian people being hasseled. I say it is racial profiling , i was born and raised in this country why should they discriminate against me just so he can do he's pathetic stunts for he's re-election campaign. i ask you AZSATT if they stopped you because of your race on your way to work, how would u feel. The sad thing i see is that it works. Why doesn't he stick to raiding drop house's, and business that hire illegals, no he pulls over hispanics in cars so he can get right wing fanatics to vote for him.

I've spent a number of years down in The San Antonio, TX area (my folks still reside there) and some of my best friends are hardworking legal Mexican immigrants. My good friend Hector can't stand all the illegals that come to his country (USA) and take advantage of everything he has worked so hard for including his citizenship! He's one of many Mexican Americans who I know that feel the illegals are screwing it up for him and others like him. He has no problem with Law Enforcement enforcing the laws. The fact of the matter is, we as US Citizens have something special in this country called the USA and everyone realizes it! We all ought to be working just as hard as the Sheriff to make sure it stays special. I'd have no problem whatsoever with folks working to get here through legal channels, just like my friend did.

I live in Phoenix, and I support Sheriff Joe, just as all the others who elect him. If the illegals have a problem with it, the simple solution is LEAVE ....... and come back legally.
