Default SR9 strangeness

Was shooting my unaltered SR9 tonight at the range and had two incidents of the trigger remaining in the fired position. The gun fired, the slide came back, picked up the next round and chambered it. The trigger did not reset. Has anyone else had this issue?
The weapon was purchased back in the spring and has about 1K rounds through it with no problems. I like the orginal trigger so I had not sent it back for the retrofit.

Contact Sturm, Ruger, and inquire about having them repair your pistol. I have a Ruger .22 pistol I believe is called the Woodsman. I bought it used and had trouble with intermittent malfunctions. I was able to send it back to Sturm, Ruger, and they repaired the pistol and sent it back to me, free of any charges. I currently own a 10/22 carbine, and have owned three Mini 14's, and hope soon to get my fourth. Dagnab financial problems that cause me to sell my guns. Sturm, Ruger makes some pretty fine firearms, and they are fantastic if work is needed.
