Warning to Ruger 10/22 or Mini 14 owners

I ordered a flash hider from a company called Tactical Innovations because the unit they offered was steel, and I preferred it over one made of Delrin plastic. I selected Priority mail, as it was the least expensive shipping method they offered. Can you believe the most expensive was $73 to ship one flash hider? The order was placed with TI's automated ordering feature on their website. They claim to carry many parts and accessories for the Ruger 10/22 and Mini 14. On December 3, I sent them a message inquiring as to where my flash hider might be, as the listing on the website said 2-3 days. The response I got was that they were experiencing a huge amount of orders, and that my order would be shipped as soon as they possibly could. Here it is now, December 8, and still no flash hider, no tracking number from the Post Office, ZIP! I would love for us to help them with their order overflow by reducing the number of orders they receive. Maybe I should have gone with the plastic flash hider after all.
