I just saw Oregon now accepts ALL other state permits. Yet there is comments that say otherwise. I might be going to Oregon next month. Does Oregon honor other states permits??????

NO!

The confusion arose over the fact that a House Bill started life as a "complete reciprocity" bill, but by the time it was passed had nothing at all to do with reciprocity.

You can still open carry in the vast majority of Oregon (certain cities, such as Portland, restrict loaded open carry,) but to concealed carry, you need an Oregon CHL.
