Help USA Carry Post Example Permits - 30 Permits Needed - Check The List

Updated 7/26/2011: We need a few more permits to complete them all. Please check the list below and if you have one of the state permits, we'd really appreciate your help in allowing up to post a blacked out version of it on the site.

I'm asking for you help so that we can post an example permit on each of the state info pages. If you are willing to send a scanned copy of your permit to me it would be much appreciated. Just check the state page for your permit and if we don't have one listed then we need it. Of course, please black out your picture and personal information.

I would also like to get Non-Resident and Resident versions of the state that offer them to show any differences.

Here is an example to go by and the size minimum size I would like them to be. I used my own for Florida Permits:
