Default Can I return to the traditional thread display?

A couple of days ago, my screen became "bunched up". In other words, the listing of threads began taking only about 60% of the screen width, with the other 40% listing how to follow USA Carry on Facebook, advertisements, etc.

This results in a very confusing look at thread titles, etc. Now, I have a format that is not only unlike any other forum I visit, but is downright uncomfortable to try to read.

What have I done to screw this up so badly?

There is an arrow at the right hand side of the notice about Facebook that you can click to get that notice off your page. It still shows up briefly but it goes away quickly too. You will be fine.

On my screen that "arrow" was hidden...couldn't see it at all. I just happened to drag the mouse over that edge and saw the pointer change.

If you are using a PC, hold down your ctrl button and roll your mouse wheel backward to see more of your screen so that you can see that arrow at the right hand side of the Facebook notice thingie. Click that button to turn it off.

Hey Luke.... The "new" look with the invasive "Follow us" pane is a pain. Not good.

I am using Internet Explorer. I haven't had time to fiddle around with Chrome or Safari like I do at school. But from what I remember the arrow will be located after that blue square near the top of your red mark. Can you click on it?, the blank space there? The arrow is white with light blue stroke around it if I remember right. BTW what is that blue square near the top of your red mark inside the window box? I do not remember that, it's been awhile since I got rid of my Follow Us...maybe if you click on that, something will happen? Otherwise I've tried to help you visually but I am afraid that is the extent of what I know for now...maybe Luke can help??? I am so sorry.

I got mine to close...i was just pointing out not seeing the arrow all the time.

The little box in line with "Follow..." is the minimize/maximize for the individual boxes..."Follow" and "Latest Threads" etc. They don't get rid of the whole thing.

No...I found that one out too...it still appears but it doesn't get in the way anymore...I am glad you are able to shut it off. You only need to do it once...

    Good luck...sorry I wasn't of much help.
