Mobile App Login Issue

Since Tapatalk is down, I decided to install the USA Carry Mobile app on my Droid Bionic.

I've checked my password a bunch of times, changed it online to make sure I had the correct password, and still get an :Error; Unknown Error. Error code Logging you in.."

Any idea what could be the problem?

Haven't had a problem logging in since I installed it after seeing the conversation with Luke concerning Taptalk.

I'll dig around and see what I can find. I checked it on my Droid Razr Maxx and my wife's iPhone and they were both working on.

Correction, it locked up so I uninstalled/reinstalled and I'm getting the same error as you. Droid RAZR Max for me.

I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it this morning. I still get the same error.

Luke, it's getting difficult to track down this thread on my phone. Traveling this weekend and would really like to use the app but it's not letting me log on. Help?

Luke, I've been having this same issue for about a week. Is there a fix for this yet?

Just installed it.... Couldn't log on.. Several times, so uninstalled it... I really want to use it because it's easier than the website on the phone..... But it needs to be fixed first!!!

Won't let me login, error, not a helpful one either. I'm using a Galaxy SIII w/ Jellybean. Pretty please go back to Tapatalk.
