Firearm News Merged With All Other Forums - Look For NEWS Prefix

I have deleted the National Firearm News forum and all of the State Firearm News forums. Now any news will be posted with the NEWS prefix before it in whatever forum it falls under. State Firearm News will be posted in that state's forum.
