Default update needed on Kansas and West Virginia recognition of nonresident permits
As I explained in the following thread, a recent change in West Virginia law, and a recent correction in the interpretation of the Kansas law by the Kansas attorney general, each affecting recognition of certain nonresident permits by those states, calls for an updating of the information provided alongside the reciprocity maps on this website.
