Social Groups on Forum Home

I added a plugin that shows a list of Social Groups you are a member of and the latest message in them. I can modify a few things in here to show all groups or just groups you are subscribed to. I can limit the amount shown. Let me know what you all think. Maybe this will give the groups a little more exposure and action.
