So who do we write, what do we say, and what is/are the addresses....

I don't want to sound toooo PARANOID but I want to make sure we have a leg to stand on, legality wise, what laws is SLED breaking.

There is no such thing as being " toooo PARANOID '. That's how they get away with things.

It is my understanding that L1 outfit will NOT be doing this. Renewals will revert back to the State. Many people, as did me, had concerns of privacy. I believe that the Governor squashed it.

My question is that who made this law and additional tax/fee? SLED? our State Congress?

How can we fight it? I want some names!

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) will not be implementing the Digitized Fingerprinting Concealed Weapon Permit (CWP) program as was previously announced. SLED personnel will continue to seek efficiency measures Division-wide, including the CWP program.
