---- they confronted him, he didn't run
---- officers believe he matched the description of the suspect
---- he grew up, lives and traverses in that area
- they have not connected the car jacking to the person
Appears like there is a lot of room for interpretation.
If the Police drove up and he pulled a gun, it's over for this case, even if he wasn't involved with the car jacking. Now they may be still looking for the car jacker.
