120 Days for CWP

Just got my permit today!! For what it's worth ... I mailed my application on December 17th....

So whats the latest turn time on everybodies permits? Mines 45 days in...

Default how many days

mine took 100 days I think you have to add the 10 days for the sherrif then 90 days

if you read the papers on cwp in sc the sherrif has 10 days to yes or no your app if sled dont here from them in 10 days its ok & sled proceeds just call sled & ask politely hows my cwp comeing along & I think the law is if it is over 90 days they have to issue hope this helps

Nope, that is part of the 90 days. If yours took longer than 90 then it was either because they are behind or because your background check took longer.

Both my permit and the wifes permit was in the mailbox 91 days from the day they cahsed the check.

Mine took 80 days from check cashing but it was 90 days from when I sent it.

Instructor told me to use a cashier's check to expedite the process.
Otherwise it would be 90 days from when the check was cashed.
(Checks cashed that day are posted the following day from what I was told)
