DNR Pistol Ranges

Does anyone know why the DNR closed it's pistol ranges? I was told they were closed back in September 2008 ...

Default DNR Pistol Ranges

Does anyone know why the DNR closed it's pistol ranges? I was told they were closed back in September 2008 for renovation. Yet thier rifle ranges are still operational.
