| When was it created? I attended Air Force Survival School at Fairchild AFB in 1988 and don't think I've ever seen it. |

| Plastic coated survival Pamphlet This is the plastic coated booklet that is in the survival kits of all fighter jocks. I have never seen it online but it is available as a surplus item from some distributors.
