Hi guys, we are flying in from Texas this week. Did yall ever get the restraunt bill passed where you can carry in a restraunt? We can here if most of the business is done in food, not alchohol. THX

Yes BUT!!!

The law passed, but just this last Friday a judge ruled it unconstitutional for being to vague.

I have not heard for 100% sure, but I think her ruling made the law void immediately.

So as of now it appears it is again illegal to carry in a place that serves alcohol in TN.
