Default Question on Carrying in place of employeement

I work at Hickory Hollow Mall in Tennessee. They just recently posted 39-17-1359 signage stating you can not carry weapons on the premises. I was wondering if that applies only to customers or to customers and employees? Thanks for any help!!

I would check with mall security but, do it annomously. I'm going to guess they don't really care if you're an employee or not. I'm also going to guess that you're not going to be assigned a personal armed LEO to stand with you all the time so you're going to need to make some pretty harsh choices pretty soon.

At least, that's my $.02.
